Refund Policy

At Visual Studios US, we strive to provide high-quality photography and videography services with professionalism and care. Due to the nature of our work and the time involved in preparing and executing each shoot, our refund policy is as follows:
Deposits & Payments
• All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Full payments made in advance are refundable only if the shoot is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances and whether a replacement booking can be made.
No-Shows
• If the client does not show up or is unavailable at the scheduled time and did not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds for completed work, we will do our best to resolve concerns through minor edits or adjustments when appropriate.
